1. Acceptation des conditions
En achetant un billet sur ce site, vous acceptez les présentes conditions générales de vente.
2. Billets et réservations
Les billets sont vendus sous réserve de disponibilité. Chaque billet est nominatif et non transférable. La revente est strictement interdite.
3. Prix et paiement
Tous les prix sont indiqués en euros TTC. Le paiement est sécurisé via Shopify Payments.
4. Livraison des billets
Vos billets sont accessibles depuis la section Mes Commandes après confirmation de votre achat.
5. Annulation et remboursement
Les billets ne sont ni échangeables ni remboursables, sauf en cas d'annulation par l'organisateur ou si l'Assurance billet a été souscrite (article 6). Remboursements sous 30 jours.
6. Assurance billet (option)
L'Assurance billet coûte 35 € par billet et se souscrit uniquement dans le panier, avant le paiement ; elle ne peut pas être ajoutée après la commande. Elle donne droit au remboursement intégral du prix du billet, hors prime d'assurance, si vous ne pouvez pas assister au concert pour l'un des motifs suivants : maladie, accident ou hospitalisation vous concernant ou concernant un membre de votre famille proche ; décès d'un proche ; convocation judiciaire ou administrative ; licenciement ; ou suppression du transport public réservé pour vous rendre à l'événement. Un justificatif est exigé. La demande doit nous parvenir au plus tard 48 heures après la date du concert. L'assurance ne couvre ni le changement d'avis, ni l'oubli, ni les contraintes professionnelles ordinaires.
7. Accès à l'événement
L'accès est soumis à la présentation d'un QR code valide. L'organisateur peut refuser l'entrée en cas de non-respect du règlement.
8. Droit applicable
Les présentes conditions sont soumises au droit français. Tout litige sera soumis aux tribunaux de Paris.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket on this site, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Tickets and Bookings
Tickets are sold subject to availability. Each ticket is personal and non-transferable. Resale is strictly prohibited.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in euros inclusive of tax. Payment is secured via Shopify Payments.
4. Ticket Delivery
Your tickets are accessible from the My Orders section after your purchase is confirmed.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except where the organiser cancels the event or where Ticket Insurance was purchased (clause 6). Refunds within 30 days.
6. Ticket Insurance (optional)
Ticket Insurance costs €35 per ticket and can only be added in the cart before payment; it cannot be added once the order is placed. It entitles you to a full refund of the ticket price, excluding the insurance premium, if you cannot attend for any of the following reasons: illness, accident or hospitalisation affecting you or a close family member; bereavement; a court or administrative summons; redundancy; or cancellation of the public transport booked to reach the event. Written evidence is required. Claims must reach us no later than 48 hours after the concert date. The insurance does not cover a change of mind, forgetting to attend, or ordinary work commitments.
7. Event Access
Entry requires a valid QR code. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry for rule violations.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Paris.
